We have super robust software and allow you and us to rely on our software to do automation and heavy lifting of order processing handling before it gets to a point where we can pack and ship the order.

What is 3PL?

At its core, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) refers to the outsourcing of logistics and supply chain management to specialized partners. Companies that opt for 3PL services collaborate with these providers to handle various aspects of the supply chain, such as warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory management.

How does fulfillment work?
  1. You store your inventory in our secure fulfillment warehouse.
  2. Your shipping orders come directly to our fulfillment software
  3. Customer tracking is sent back automatically
  4. We ship your orders same day or within one business day
  5. Customer tracking information is automatically relayed back to your shopping carts, and back to your customer
  6. Inventory levels are updated
  7. You receive an emailed report for the day’s activities

How fast do you ship my orders?
All orders received by 11:00am MST (1pm EST) are shipped same day. Orders received after the cut off time may still ship same day, but our guarantee is that they will be shipped by the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. We love working quickly for you!
How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping costs depend on several factors:

  1. Shipping method requested
  2. Destination
  3. Size of shipment
  4. Weight of shipment
