FTP file requirementsThe following fields are required in the CSV file the FTP:
- Ship First Name
- Ship Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Country
- Order ID
- Product ID/Sku
- Quantity
- Customer Email Address
If the following conditions are not met, the entire file will be rejected:
- The columns must be in the same order every time
- Each cell in every column must have data in it, but not have extra data in the csv file
- If there is a problem with the file upload, you will receive an email

- Must have current portal in Ship Central’s fulfillment software
