Working together
Once the OMS processes your orders through our API software for whatever shopping cart you are using, the WMS process begins to kick in. For example, if your customer buys your product on Amazon, our OMS receives the data and communicates with the WMS of what needs to be shipped. As soon as we have shipped the package, our software will communicate directly back to your shopping cart and mark the order as shipped, provide a tracking number and adjust inventory levels. And you don’t have to touch a thing.
